Role
In line with both our growth and business development, we are further expanding our company by researching for our HR Department a Senior HR Generalist.
Responsabilities:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of the recruiting process, including talent acquisition and headhunting, for both the headquarters and foreign subsidiaries. Utilize internal channels and collaborate with leading employment agencies to attract top talent.
- Provide management and support throughout the hiring and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new hires as they integrate into the organization.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training and skills development programs, both funded and non-funded, leveraging internal resources and external partnerships to enhance employee capabilities and competencies.
- Actively participate in and support the implementation of performance management systems, including Management by Objectives (MBO), to effectively evaluate employee performance and drive organizational success.
- Assist in the management of personnel compensation policies, including conducting salary reviews, developing policy frameworks, administering employee welfare programs, and implementing flexible benefit schemes to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Provide support and oversight in personnel administration flows, including outsourcing tasks to external payroll companies, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and resource to employees and management on HR-related matters, providing guidance, support, and resolution to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and inclusivity within the HR team, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment that values diversity and employee development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in humanities, economics, business administration, human resources, or related field.
- Demonstrated track record of 5-7 years of progressive experience in HR roles, preferably within structured and multinational organizations.
- Proven expertise in negotiating and managing candidates, including mid-to-high-level profiles such as Specialists, Leaders, and Managers.
- Exceptional HR management skills, including strategic planning, talent management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Strong understanding of intra- and inter-company dynamics, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and cultures effectively.
- Fluent proficiency in written and spoken English is a mandatory requirement, with additional languages being advantageous.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly, present effectively, and collaborate across departments and teams.
- Proactive and innovative mindset, with a demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and the implementation of best practices in HR processes and procedures.
