DHL FREIGHT ITALIA, multinational leader in the ground transportation and freight sector, seeks a new Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support the business through strategic human resources management, secondary to the growth and development of people and organization.

Responsibilities

• Support functional managers in HR issues, ensuring consistency with company policies.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff development processes.
• Monitor and implement training plans and skill development initiatives.
• Handle trade union relations and ensure compliance with current regulations.
• Analyze HR KPIs and prepare reports for performance monitoring.
• Promote engagement and retention projects to foster a positive and inclusive climate.

Core Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, law, or humanities.
• Previous managerial HR experience in structured environments.
• Knowledge of labor laws and union relations.
• Good knowledge of Office Suite and English language.
