Senior HR Business Partner
Senior HR Business Partner at DHL Global Forwarding.
DHL FREIGHT ITALIA, multinational leader in the ground transportation and freight sector, seeks a new Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support the business through strategic human resources management, secondary to the growth and development of people and organization.
Responsibilities
- Support functional managers in HR issues, ensuring consistency with company policies.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff development processes.
- Monitor and implement training plans and skill development initiatives.
- Handle trade union relations and ensure compliance with current regulations.
- Analyze HR KPIs and prepare reports for performance monitoring.
- Promote engagement and retention projects to foster a positive and inclusive climate.
Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, law, or humanities.
- Previous managerial HR experience in structured environments.
- Knowledge of labor laws and union relations.
- Good knowledge of Office Suite and English language.
