Senior HR Business Partner Italy


For a multinational company, F&B sector, we are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner Italy to act as a trusted advisor to leaders and Primos, supporting the business across the full employee lifecycle andhelping build an inclusive, high-performing culture.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with line and business managers, providing day-to-day HR support, coaching and guidance on performance, development, employee relations and team effectiveness.
  • Deliver HR initiatives aligned with business strategy and HR plans.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and compliance with employment legislation.
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to deliver a responsive, forward-thinking HR service.
  • Support payroll activities through accurate monthly inputs to the Shared Service Center (BES).
  • Contribute to talent, succession and development processes aligned with business priorities.
  • Support compensation, engagement and culture-building initiatives.
  • Assist organizational change programs, onboarding and recruitment processes.
  • Manage HR administration, documentation, audits, vendors and data accuracy.



Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of HR experience, ideally in a multinational environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
  • Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail, sound judgment and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Fluent English.
