Senior HR Administrator, with Italian and French

Location: Milan, Italy

Reporting & Scope

Reporting to the Regional People Solutions Manager. Supports the EMEA Region People Solutions team, which directly serves 1,700 employees and indirectly supports about 7,500 global PTC employees. The Senior HR Administrator coordinates a defined range of employee‑related HR services and matters across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support daily people related matters
  • Employee Onboarding/Offboarding Coordination & Support
  • Employee File/Record Entries & Uploads
  • Verifications of Employment
  • Employee Case Management Triaging
  • Employment Document Distribution & Collection
  • Manage all health and safety matters
  • Confirmation & Clarification of Various Records, Enrollments, and Opportunities
  • Knowledge Guide & HR Policy Distribution
  • Education and execution of compliance related matters
  • Support of Various Low-Complexity & High-Volume Activities as Needed
  • Daily Interaction with HR Systems (primarily Workday & ServiceNow)

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2-4 Years in an HR Generalist Role
  • Some College Level Coursework in HR, Business Administration, or Related Field
  • Ability to Learn New Systems, Processes, and Policies with Limited Training
  • Hands‑on Exposure to Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Mandatory: Fluency in English, French and Italian
