The role
We are hiring a Senior Global Operations Associate to strengthen operational performance across Italy. You will manage end to end freight execution, resolve exceptions, support the team on quality and data accuracy, and act as a key escalation point for partners and clients.

What We Are Looking For
- Fluent Italian and English
- Apprenticeship or BA or BS in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business
- 3+ years in freight forwarding or ocean freight operations
- Hands-on experience working in Italy
- Strong communication, structured thinking, and problem solving
- Ability to manage high workloads in a fast paced environment

Your Day to Day
- Ensure shipments move on time and handle exceptions
- Coordinate with carriers, trucking partners, warehouses, and customs
- Support the team on KPIs, data accuracy, and operational quality
- Improve procedures to increase efficiency
- Lead operational onboarding for new clients
