We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong architectural mindset to contribute to the evolution of an internal Generative AI platform within the Insurance Business Unit of an enterprise environment.
You will work on real-world AI applications focused on:
- Intelligent document management
- Enterprise chatbots
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG ) architectures
- Cloud-native development on AWS
This is a hands-on role in a high-impact GenAI initiative, combining development, architectural contribution, and technical ownership.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend services in Python
- Build and evolve modern frontend applications using React
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical best practices
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on AWS-based infrastructure
- Support the integration of LLM-based capabilities into enterprise workflows
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance
Required Skills
- Solid experience as Full Stack Developer
- Strong backend development skills in Python
- Frontend experience with React
- Good understanding of AWS cloud fundamentals
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable architectures
- Good command of English
- Italian is required
Nice to have
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or RAG-based systems
- Familiarity with Docker and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Previous exposure to enterprise or Insurance environments
- Italian language proficiency
Contract Details
