Within the new established Group Shared Services Financial Controlling function in the Group Chief Financial Office area, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team.
The resource will support the team in the financial controlling of Group-Shared Services in order to ensure consistency, steering and monitoring of financial impact of shared services
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Leading the analysis of Cost Center budgets of GHO, of Strategic Initiatives and of other Group Shared Services, with identification and analysis of variances between budget, actual spending and forecast
- Partnering with GHO and other Group Shared Services finance teams to ensure full alignment of financial impacts of shared services, coordination of budget controls and financial reporting
- Overseeing and ensure proper cost reallocation and related communication to Group Business Units in compliance with the transfer price policies, defined framework and other internal policies and regulations
- Driveing and maintaining financial best practices in accordance with group policies, regulation and defined framework
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
- At least 5 years previous experiences in Finance Controlling, preferably in Cost Controlling. Experience in project management /controlling, considered as an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Fluent in Italian and English

- Excellent analytical, problem solving, work organization, time management skills
- Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
- Ensure ability to deliver according to the assigned deadlines
