Senior Financial Controller

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Financial Controller to join a rapidly growing renewable energy platform.

Reporting directly to the Group CFO, you will play a key role in supporting the financial performance of the group and its subsidiaries, providing high-quality financial insight, driving planning and reporting processes, and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Monitor financial performance and provide insightful analysis against budget, forecast, and prior-year results.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Support cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning across the group.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, reporting standards, and internal controls.
• Support relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other professional partners.
• Identify and implement improvements to financial processes, reporting, and controls.
• Deliver ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to support business growth and performance.

About You

We're keen to speak with finance professionals who can demonstrate:

• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar senior controlling role.
• Strong understanding of management reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience working within multi-entity, group, or international environments.
• Knowledge of consolidation principles and intercompany transactions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership.
• Experience in driving process improvements and enhancing reporting capabilities.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
• Fluency in English.
