Senior Financial Controller Dockers

Our headquarters in Carpi, Modena (Italy) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Financial Controller for our new brand Dockers. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, be goal-driven, and demonstrate a proactive attitude, with a readiness to contribute to growth and deliver meaningful impact.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and business planning activities to facilitate informed strategic and operational decisions
• Oversee monthly closing procedures, evaluate financial performance, and investigate variances from budgets and forecasts
• Conduct comprehensive analyses of brand profitability to pinpoint opportunities for growth and margin enhancement.
• Perform market and competitor evaluations to inform business strategy and detect emerging trends.
• Supervise inventory levels to ensure effective stock management and consistency with sales forecasts
• Develop thorough analyses of balance sheet movements to promote financial transparency and support management reporting

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Demonstrated expertise in analyzing large datasets and deriving actionable insights.
• Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow structures.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional and complex matrixed teams.
• Adaptable to high-pressure and fast-paced work environments.
• Advanced competency in Microsoft Office applications, with particular emphasis on Excel
