In this role you will transform data into strategic insights and partner with business leaders to drive performance. You will support financial planning, reporting, and decision-making, ensuring high-quality information that aligns with business objectives. You will work with cross‑functional teams in a dynamic, international setting and contribute to continuous improvement of reporting and analytics. Coordinate timely and accurate financial reports and planning deliverables Support FP&A activities including forecasting, budgeting, and monthly reviews Deliver analysis on revenue, margins, OpEx, balance sheet, and profitability Provide data‑driven recommendations for strategic and operational decisions Partner with commercial, operational, and finance stakeholders across the organization Ensure compliance with internal processes, controls, and reporting standards Support audits, statutory closes, and interactions with shared services and regional finance teams Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and financial analysis tools G/L account and balance reconciliation; collaborate with Corporate Finance Service; balance sheet forecast for AR and Liabilities Responsabilità
Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field Strong FP&A, controlling, or business finance experience Advanced analytical capabilities with large datasets Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems such as Hyperion Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail, accuracy, and results orientation Strong communication and teamwork abilities Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) Requisiti fondamentali
