AWS is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to contribute to the Infrastructure Central Finance team, responsible for planning and tracking billions of dollars of investments and operating expenses in data centers, servers and networking equipment that enable AWS to serve customers globally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed infrastructure capital and spending forecasts; track actual spending and bridge variances; partner with stakeholders to identify and communicate insights and business risks to senior leaders.
• Identify opportunities to simplify or automate processes with upstream and downstream stakeholders to eliminate defects and reduce lead time to build reports and insights.
• Coordinate and track the development of infrastructure goals and strategic projects; identify and communicate insights and business risks to leaders.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of tax, finance or related analytical field experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or CPA
• Knowledge of Tableau
• Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
