Senior Finance Officer

In support to our Finance Team, we have great opportunity for young accounts professionals to be part of our global organization. Senior Finance Officer will be responsible for managing mainly on Accounts Payable & supporting other finance related activities. And taking care of local statutory things for our growing Italy region.Scorra verso il basso per trovare i dettagli completi dell'offerta, inclusa l'esperienza richiesta e le mansioni associate.Finance supportReconcile and process vendor invoices for payment; Managing and uploaded customer invoices and credit notes on SDI Portal; Support India Team for Customer invoices collection for non-payments; Vendor empanelment and creation in system; Raise purchase requisition, purchase order and any related procurements matters; Verification and check of all vendor/supplier invoices received & upload to SAP Portal for further process; Payments followup with India P2P Team to ensure that payments releases happen on or before its due date; Assist in monthly/quarter books closure and annual audits; Participate andsupport process and systems improvement; Other finance-related works and administrative support pertain to law of land & taking care of statutory requirements required locally; Support local leadership team from Finance end; Monthly submission of ISTAT questionnaires and completion of outstanding mandatory surveys, or coordination with local consultants to complete; Working & supporting for R&D tax credits in collaboration with our consultants/auditor.PayrollSupport Global Payroll Team (India) in terms of Employee Reimbursement queries, Corporate Credit Card etc.Handle payroll data exchange between Global Payroll Function and Payroll vendors in Europe.Nice to have:Italy Payroll related Acts/Norms/Procedures/Practices covering Taxes, Social Securities, Over Time, Insurance, Leave, Employer paid benefits, all other labour related aspects covering both Employee and Employer front.. xdwybme Work ExperienceCandidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy or equivalent or relevant work experience; At least two years of accounting experience and mainly in Accounts payable;

and nice to have local compliance; Candidate should know Italian, & English language; Strong work ethic and team player, High degree of professionalism, positive attitude, Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material, Decision maker, problem solving skills, and analytical skills, Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills, Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadline; Ability to talk& communicate with other stake holders and at various levels of management, escalation management, experience of working with cross functional team; Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel & Outlook; Collaboration working culture.CCNL: CommercioSalary range: 25 - 35 k
