Senior Finance & Investments Manager - Leadership Track

In this key role, you will drive the financial heartbeat of our company.

Your work will play a critical part in shaping strategic decisions, securing high-value investments, and supporting the growth of an ambitious and fast-evolving company in the renewable energy sector .

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for project acquisitions, financings and M&A activities
• Coordinate due diligence for acquisitions and financings
• Prepare market reports, investment memorandums, and project teasers.
• Assist with the origination, negotiation, and closing of finance transactions.
• Analyze investment drivers, perform sensitivity analyses, and assess tax and regulatory implications.
• Conduct research, perform statistical analyses and ccollaborate with stakeholders to identify new business opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of working experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical and financial modeling abilities
• Experience in Project Finance and/or M&A
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and prioritize tasks
• Experience with a Big Four firm is a plus
• Fluency in Italian and English
