Job Description
Johnson & Johnson Medical Italy is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to be located in Pratica di Mare, Rome or in Milan, Italy.
The Senior Financial Analyst is part of the country Business Unit Finance team will be responsible for preparing financial analysis, identifying solutions and opportunities for the business, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure financial decisions are aligned with the business strategy. The senior financial analyst will be expected to influence decisions through collaboration with business partners using fact based financial data and must demonstrate strong business acumen through insights and business knowledge. He/she will report to the Franchise Controller.
Your Responsibilities & Your Impact
- Prepare financials and provide leadership support during business plan, forecast updates and latest thinking plan updates. Communicate potential risks or opportunities for meeting expected results and propose recommendations and solutions.
- Analyze Resource Allocation between Business Units, Customers and Investment Opportunities
- Support Investment Cases End to End (case build, commercial and financial validation, execution, tracking)
- Actively participate in the S&OP planning reviewing with Supply Chain and Commercial teams the demand forecast per brand to identify potential gaps and propose mitigation plans.
- Partner effectively with other Finance colleagues in Italy, our FP&A CoE partners and other countries to drive standardization & efficiencies
- Embrace continuous change and improvement within our Global Finance Service Delivery model.
- Supports the implementation of new technologies to drive automation and efficiencies (SigniFi) and embrace the new ways of working
- Take the lead on ad-hoc business and finance projects
- Foster an environment of teamwork, innovation and sharing of ideas, always act with Credo values in mind
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent (Business school with a specialization in Finance)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance with & proven track record of success, ideally with responsibilities in Controlling, Management Reporting
- Excellent level of interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of an organization with strong business partnering skills and passion for influencing
- Ability to flex interpersonal style appropriate to different levels and stakeholders
- Flexible and proactive approach; ability to cope with a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines
- Curious mindset and eager to learn
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Completely comfortable with Finance related IT systems and tools
- This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills.
