The Role

We are looking for a Senior Fashion Designer (Streetwear) to join our creative team and play a key role in shaping the future of GUAPI collections.

This is an opportunity to work on high-impact seasonal drops, contribute to global product direction, and be part of a fast-scaling brand at the intersection of fashion and culture.

This role offers a competitive salary starting from €5,000 per month (€60,000+ annually), depending on experience, with strong long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of seasonal streetwear collections aligned with GUAPI’s identity
• Create technical sketches, tech packs, and detailed design specifications for production
• Conduct trend research, fabric sourcing, and material development relevant to streetwear and luxury fashion
• Collaborate with product development and production teams to ensure accurate execution and high quality
• Contribute to creative direction, campaign concepts, and product storytelling
• Work on drops, capsules, and new product categories (denim, outerwear, sets, etc.)
• Ensure all designs reflect premium positioning and global market appeal

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in fashion design, ideally within streetwear, luxury, or contemporary brands
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant streetwear or urbanwear design work (mandatory)
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (CLO3D is a plus)
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and fit
• Strong awareness of streetwear culture, trends, and global market direction
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, drop-driven environment
• Detail-oriented with both creative and commercial thinking
