Experteer Overview

As Field Systems Applications Engineer at Analog Devices, you will be the primary technical interface to aerospace, defense, and emerging autonomy customers. You will work at the system level to design and deploy RF, microwave, and navigation subsystems for drones, radar, and electronic warfare. You guide customers from concept through prototype and into production, coordinating across RF, MEMS, software, and power teams. You will help grow defense ecosystems, notably in India, by shaping architectures and accelerating field‑ready solutions.

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to defense startups, primes, and ecosystem players
• Lead architecture and reference designs across RF signals, radar/EW subsystems, SDR platforms, and MEMS IMUs
• Enable rapid iteration and reuse of boards, prototypes, and hardware to speed time-to-field
• Bridge internal engineering teams with customers while providing feedback to roadmap planning
• Support expansion of defense/autonomy ecosystems in India and cultivate relationships with system integrators and government‑linked organizations

Responsabilità

• Bachelor or Master‑level degree in Electrical Engineering (explicit requirement)
• 7+ years in Applications/Field/System Engineering
• Broad semiconductor knowledge: analog, data converters, power, RF/microwave
• Experience in radar, electronic warfare, military communications, SDR, MEMS IMUs/navigation, autonomous platforms/drones
• Fluent German and English; German nationality required
