Data Center Design Manager (Electrical) — Spain/ItalyOur client, a global leader in energy management with operations in over 175 countries, is looking for a Data Center Design Manager (Electrical) to join their Design Engineering team supporting the South Zone, reporting to the EMEA Director of Engineering – Data Center Segment.The role:Lead electrical design on data center projects from concept through construction support and closeout. Stay hands‑on in electrical design while providing technical leadership for mission‑critical facilities, coordinating engineers and SMEs across multidisciplinary teams. Own design quality, standards, and deliverables; mentor the wider team; act as client‑facing technical lead; and guide value engineering and technical decision‑making through to site commissioning.What's required:BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred), 8–10 years' experienceProven delivery of electrical engineering for mission‑critical facilities (MV/LV distribution, transformers, UPS/standby generation)Strong knowledge of electrical codes and industry best practicesFluent Spanish and/or Italian, plus EnglishAutoCAD/Revit familiarity a plus; awareness of edge computing/AI trends a bonusOn offer:Competitive compensation, challenging mission‑critical projects, strong internal growth pathways, and ongoing learning and development. #J-18808-Ljbffr
