Data Center Design Manager (Electrical) — Spain/ItalyOur client, a global leader in energy management with operations in over 175 countries, is looking for a Data Center Design Manager (Electrical) to join their Design Engineering team supporting the South Zone, reporting to the EMEA Director of Engineering – Data Center Segment.The role:Lead electrical design on data center projects from concept through construction support and closeout. Stay hands-on in electrical design while providing technical leadership for mission-critical facilities, coordinating engineers and SMEs across multidisciplinary teams. Own design quality, standards, and deliverables;

mentor the wider team; act as client-facing technical lead;

and guide value engineering and technical decision-making through to site commissioning.What's required:BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred), 8–10 years' experienceProven delivery of electrical engineering for mission-critical facilities (MV/LV distribution, transformers, UPS/standby generation)Strong knowledge of electrical codes and industry best practicesFluent Spanish and/or Italian, plus EnglishAutoCAD/Revit familiarity a plus;
