Overview

AWS seeks a Senior DX Advisory Consultant to work with customers on digital transformation challenges, including cost optimization, growth, and new business creation. You will understand customer business and technical problems and co-create innovative ideas to deliver business value, leading multiple projects and collaborating with practitioners across services to maximize impact. The role emphasizes customer-centric innovation, experimentation, and data-driven decision making, with a focus on multiple DX domains and priority areas listed below.

Key responsibilities

• Build and sustain relationships with C-level management and business leaders at customer organizations.
• Understand current business conditions, clarify strategic goals, and identify key challenges to achieve them.
• Partner with customers to generate the best DX solutions and realize business value.
• Demonstrate best practices in innovation, product management, software engineering, data analytics, and collaborate with multiple practice members to maximize business value.
• Define and implement customer-centric innovation programs, provide guidance, and drive adoption.
• Design and validate experiments and pilots to strongly guide customers.
• Collaborate with customers to evaluate ideas, unique benefits, business cases, and managerial impact.
• Participate in pre-sales activities to understand customer needs.
• Develop and propose new offerings to enable DX acceleration and deliver them.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lean Startup, digital innovation, digital strategy, or product development.
• Experience in product management or product marketing in enterprise or startup contexts.
• Knowledge of design thinking, user experience, product management, and behavioral sciences.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Experience with public cloud, enterprise software, or infrastructure vendors.
• Experience leading large digital or Lean transformation projects.
• Knowledge of AWS services, especially higher-layer services (AI/ML, IoT) aligned with customer innovation.
• Hands-on experience leveraging AWS for rapid application development.
• Business-level English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong specialization in lean startup, digital innovation, digital strategy, or product development.
• Experience in enterprise or startup product management and product marketing.
• Experience with design thinking, UX, and product management; ability to work across diverse cultures and leadership levels.
• Ability to develop and build relationships with key senior stakeholders.
• Experience with public cloud and major enterprise software/infrastructure vendors.
• Experience leading large-scale digital or Lean transformation programs.
• Knowledge of AWS services, especially higher-layer services (AI/ML, IoT).
• Practical experience rapidly developing applications on the AWS platform.
• Business-level English proficiency.
