Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships

In this role, you will manage strategic partnerships between Planet and in-store and online technology providers in Retail and Hospitality. You will leverage Oracle ecosystem knowledge to identify opportunities and drive joint value. A key focus is shaping Go-to-Market initiatives and expanding the partner portfolio to grow revenue and brand visibility. You will collaborate across sales, product, and marketing to deliver compelling joint propositions and a strong partner pipeline.

• Manage a portfolio of existing Partners to drive engagement and grow commercial relationships
• Analyze the wider payments ecosystem and recommend new partners to amplify Planet's proposition and accelerate Go-to-Market
• Develop commercial partnerships and sign mutually advantageous agreements with new partners
• Collaborate with Partners to develop joint pipelines and prospect lists to maximize the deal pipeline
• Support partners to onboard merchants to Planet with high standards of service
• Craft joint value propositions that are compelling for Planet, Partners and Customers
• Set and drive a core set of KPIs per Partner (commercial and operational)
• Work with regional Sales teams to capture opportunities and progress Partner deals
• Coordinate with Product, Technology and Solution Consulting to prioritize and deliver new developments and integrations
• Partner Marketing collaboration to drive awareness and engagement campaigns

Responsabilità

• Good understanding of the Hospitality/Retail and Payments industries
• Experience managing sizable Partners up to a senior engagement level
• Proven ability to challenge the status quo and thinking
• Excellent commercial instincts with a track record of delivering from managed accounts/partners
• Strategic thinking and ability to articulate the big picture in a changing market
• Ability to prioritize tasks for maximum commercial value
• Energy and drive with a collaborative, customer-focused approach
• Comfort in a flexible, dynamic, high-paced environment
• Fluent English; second language preferred
• Experience working in a global company
