Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the operational backbone for the At Home system in Italy, shaping end-to-end execution across customers and bottlers. You translate global strategies into scalable, local operational frameworks, driving performance, governance and sustainable growth. You will align cross-functional teams to deploy commercial strategies, enhance execution, and foster partnerships with key customers and franchises. The position offers scope to influence category growth, value creation, and system ROI at scale.

- Shape and translate global and European customer strategies into executable plans aligned with global priorities
- Lead the AH operational planning cycle integrating customer, channel and commercial priorities
- Represent AH operational voice in early program design with OU and brand programs for feasibility and scalability
- Lead AH commercial and operational performance management across key customers with KPI tracking and insights-to-actions
- Leverage data to support scenario planning, opportunity sizing and decision-making across customers and bottlers
- Identify performance risks, deploy corrective actions and ensure cross-functional alignment to hit targets
- Leverage best-in‑class AH toolkits and best practices to improve execution quality and address local challenges
- Strengthen bottler capabilities in activation, digital capabilities and overall execution
- Serve as the operations integrator across Marketing FLA, RGM, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Franchise Leadership to remove barriers
- Drive disciplined operations, governance and transparent communication across KO system with global, OU, market and bottler alignment
- Localize and deploy NARTD category vision operationally to support activation, portfolio, pack architecture and customer plans
- Manage DFR for the CCH bottler, ensuring disciplined investment aligned with priorities and ROI
Responsabilità
- 10+ years of leadership experience in commercial or customer operations, key account, or category/operational marketing in FMCG or beverages
- Proven operational leadership in commercial roles, franchise systems or multi‑bottlers with strategic thinking and execution skills
- Strong financial, analytical and operational acumen with ability to interpret metrics and apply analytics to planning and investment decisions
- Deep understanding of AH channel economics and ability to translate shopper and customer data into insights for growth
- Experience with RGM principles (pricing, pack architecture, promo evaluation, profitability modelling)
- Strong collaboration, influencing and communication skills with senior stakeholders
