Senior Director of Donor Growth & Revenue

Senior Director of Donor Growth & Revenue Description: Better Together is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven leader to serve as the Senior Director of Donor Growth & Revenue. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding philanthropic partnerships, and leading the organization's fundraising strategy. The Senior Director will oversee donor acquisition, major gifts, corporate and foundation partnerships, and team leadership while building scalable systems that support organizational growth. This position works closely with executive leadership to strengthen donor engagement and advance Better Together's mission of helping families thrive through the support of local churches.

Qualifications: 7–10+ years of progressive experience in fundraising, donor development, business development, sales, or nonprofit leadership. Proven success securing six-figure gifts, major partnerships, or comparable investments. Experience cultivating and managing relationships with major donors, foundations, corporations, and high-net-worth individuals. Strong leadership experience with a track record of coaching teams and driving performance. Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills. Data-driven with experience managing fundraising pipelines, forecasting, and performance metrics. Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM), WordPress, Basecamp, and Zapier.
