About the role :

Within the EMEA Pricing CoE, we develop and maintain processes and digital pricing solutions that align with and support the company’s strategy across the region.

As a Senior Digital Product Owner , you will act as the voice of the business on a Product Development Team, responsible for managing priorities and delivering them by coordinating a technical functional team. You will be ultimately in charge of the success of the product development.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Drive alignment with business, functional, and technical stakeholders.
  • Interact efficiently with business stakeholders to define clear requirements, analyzing all the potential business, process, and technological impacts of each, and challenge stakeholders to find the best possible and consistent solutions. Keep it simple.
  • Deliver demos and compelling presentations to relevant stakeholders about product functionalities, new releases, and new requirements.
  • Prioritize and maintain the product backlog daily, understanding dependencies, urgency, and risks, ensuring development meets expected timelines.
  • Define internal organization of the technical team and sprints to build out and scale the digital platform with cross-functional partners.
  • Be accountable for the product development work plan and schedule.
  • Own the long-term product features / functionalities roadmap.
  • Coordinate the product development team to ensure tasks in the backlog are completed on time and with quality, balancing workload among team members.
  • Ensure all project-related documentation is updated and meets quality standards.
  • Identify key roadmap contingencies, including business operations and partner requirements.
  • Maintain integrations with existing systems.

What are we looking for :

  • Educational background : relevant Undergraduate or Master's degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or related field).
  • Experience : 7-10 years in similar roles within structured environments, with a deep understanding of industry principles and practices.
  • Expertise in leading large-scale, international digital projects, especially in early design and development stages.
  • Experience implementing impactful digital solutions globally.
  • Leadership : proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, including technical and change management initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills : ability to influence and collaborate across divisions.
  • Experience with business requirements documentation.
  • Language : fluency in English.

    • Technical Skills :

  • Advanced Excel skills (required).
  • Tableau or other data visualization tools (preferred).
  • Strong SQL and database knowledge.
  • Salesforce / Sales Cloud knowledge (a plus).
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Process-oriented with attention to detail.
  • Proactive, driven, with high team collaboration and a cooperative spirit.
  • Adaptable, change-oriented, willing to innovate and drive organizational change.
