Experteer Overview As Senior DevOps Engineer you will own and evolve the CI/CD ecosystem for combine software, delivering reliable, scalable pipelines. You will drive release quality, governance, and version control practices to enable consistent software delivery across programs. Collaborating with software, systems, tests, and platform teams, you’ll lead engineering discipline in line with AGCO’s software and automation strategy. Own end-to-end CI/CD ecosystem for combine software, designing and continuously improving automated build, integration, testing, and deployment pipelines Plan, govern, and execute firmware/software releases across multiple ECUs with versioning, hardware‑software dependencies, and validation controls Define and enforce governance, change management, version control, branching strategies, configuration management, traceability, and repository integrity Collaborate with software, systems, tests, and platform teams to align CI/CD with engineering needs and drive adoption across global teams Provide technical leadership on DevOps tools and best practices and drive adoption of CI/CD capabilities Drive continuous improvement by resolving complex build, integration, and deployment challenges, optimizing DevOps processes, monitoring pipeline performance, and mitigating delivery risks Improve software quality, release cadence, and operational efficiency Responsibilities
Strong experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and software automation in complex systems Proven expertise with build systems, version control tools, and deployment automation Experience in embedded or large-scale product software environments preferred Strong understanding of software lifecycle management and system integration Requisiti fondamentali
