Your role

The candidate in charge of this role will report to Offices & Showrooms Design Lead and will contribute as architect for the development of Offices and Showrooms projects worldwide.

The Offices & Showrooms Senior Designer will oversee the design, development and implementation of office and showroom projects across global locations. This role requires ensuring alignment with corporate design guidelines while introducing innovative solutions to enhance brand identity, functionality and experience. The Senior Designer will work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, innovative environments that reflect the company’s vision and values.

Experience in managing on‑site construction activities is essential to ensure seamless project execution.

The chosen candidate will lead and coordinate strategic project activities, ensuring perfect execution of pre‑defined design details, and maintaining close alignment with local and international stakeholders on time, budget and quality.

Main Responsibilities

  • Project Management & Execution
  • Lead the design and execution of offices and showrooms projects worldwide, from the concept development to final delivery.
  • Coordinate all phases of the project lifecycle, including feasibility studies, design, procurement, construction, and handover.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget, maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
  • Conduct site visits to supervise construction progress, address challenges, and ensure quality control.
  • Adherence to Corporate Guidelines
  • Ensure all designs comply with corporate standards and branding guidelines, maintaining a consistent visual and functional identity across all locations.
  • Develop strategies to adapt corporate guidelines to local cultural, regulatory, and environmental conditions without compromising brand integrity.
  • Innovation in Design
  • Introduce and implement innovative design concepts, materials, and technologies that enhance aesthetics, sustainability and user experience.
  • Monitor global trends in architecture, design and workplace innovation to integrate best practices into projects.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, operations and facility management, to align design objectives with business goals.
  • Manage external partners such as local architects, consultants and contractors, ensuring effective communication and smooth execution.
  • Act as the main liaison during on‑site activities, coordinating between contractors, suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Sustainability & Compliance
  • Prioritize sustainable design and construction practices to align with the company’s environmental goals.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, health and safety standards, and global sustainability certifications.
  • Reporting & Documentation

Prepare and present design concepts, progress updates and final project reports to senior management.

Maintain thorough project documentation, including design files, contracts, financial records and on‑site progress reports.

Main Requirements

  • Educational Background : Architecture or Design Master degree
  • Solid experience (minimum 7–10 years) in design management roles overseeing complex projects and construction sites.
  • Creative and visionary thinker.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and for extended periods
  • Interior Design knowledge of dynamics in a multinational company managing a portfolio of brands
  • Project Management Proven experience in managing international office and/or showroom design projects. The candidate should be highly organized at work, experienced in managing multiple projects within a matrixed organization, highly oriented to the results, creative problem solver and able to work under strict timelines.
  • Solid Architectural and Design programs Proficiency in design and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office Suite, Revit is a plus).
  • Communication Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to navigate diverse cultural and professional contexts.
  • French and English as mandatory
