THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Senior Demand Generation Lead to own and accelerate our demand engine at a critical moment for the company.
This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of Marketing and Sales, with direct exposure to leadership and clear accountability on pipeline impact. The role exists to turn a shared Marketing–Sales strategy into fast, rigorous execution, ensuring demand generation remains a growth driver—not a bottleneck.
You’ll lead the Demand Marketing team, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and work daily with Sales leadership (including the co-founders). This role is for someone who thrives in high-expectation environments, can operate autonomously, and combines strategic clarity with hands-on execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
A) Campaign Coordination
- Own the end-to-end execution of demand gen campaigns, from strategic input to delivery and results.
- Define detailed execution plans for campaigns, including scope, timelines, stakeholders, budgets and success metrics.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Solution Architects), with a strong focus on alignment with the UK Sales team.
- Plan and execute digital and physical initiatives (events, roadshows, field activities).
- Act as a player–coach: leading the team while remaining operational when needed.
B) Sales Enablement
- Coordinate the production of sales assets supporting the commercial cycle
- Ensure continuous alignment with Sales to guarantee real impact of the assets produced.
C) Demand Metrics & Analytics
- Track and report ROI of campaigns and events.
- Analyze contribution to pipeline and revenue.
- Continuously optimize initiatives based on data and performance insights.
- Work closely with Sales leadership to align on conversion, pipeline health, and priorities.
D) Team Management
- Lead and develop the Demand Marketing team.
- Manage planning, sprint execution, and reviews.
- Support team growth through coaching, feedback, and clear ownership.
- Coordinate closely with the Marketing Director and other teams to ensure consistency
REQUIREMENTS
A) Experience
- 5+ years of experience in B2B tech environments across Marketing, Sales, Product, or account-facing roles.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing people.
- Strong track record of owning and delivering complex projects end-to-end.
- Direct exposure to executive leadership / top management.
- Mandatory: hands-on experience working very closely with Sales teams (daily collaboration, not occasional alignment).
- Experience in scale-up or high-growth companies is a plus.
- Exposure to international go-to-market motions, especially UK/global, is a plus.
B) Skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to handle multiple parallel initiatives.
- Solid capability in campaign planning and execution, from strategic input to operational delivery and lead handoff to Sales.
- Strong project management skills across internal teams and external vendors/partners.
- Comfortable with data, metrics, and reporting: able to track, interpret, and optimize performance.
- Strong understanding of the B2B tech market, including buying cycles and decision-makers.
- Excellent English, fluent and professional (near-native level required).
C) Attitude
- Commercially minded: focused on pipeline and revenue impact, not just MQLs.
- Passionate and curious about the market and the product.
- High sense of ownership and accountability.
- Scrappy and execution-oriented: able to move forward even in imperfect or ambiguous conditions.
- Builder mindset: comfortable creating structure and clarity where they don’t yet exist.
- Thrives in close collaboration with Sales, while fully owning Marketing KPIs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence without authority.
