In this role you will lead complex, multi‑tower, multi‑million‑dollar deals from qualification to closure, shaping opportunities, negotiating with top‑level executives, and driving profitable growth for the organization and its clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end sales activities, from opportunity qualification to final contract negotiation.
• Develop pricing and commercial strategies in partnership with Kyndryl’s pricing experts.
• Craft winning propositions and structure proposals that meet market demands and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather technical solutions and document requirements for bid submissions.
• Own final proposal documents, presenting technical content and designs in a professional, concise manner.
• Establish and maintain a robust reporting and governance process to monitor deal success.
• Standardize pitches across a diverse portfolio of industries and create differentiated propositions aligned with market expectations.

Qualifications

• High level of Public Sector expertise and proven sales techniques.
• Strong relationships with customers and ecosystem players.
• Deep knowledge of the Consip Framework Agreements.
• At least 12 years of experience leading customer negotiations.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Preferred Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Sales experience in technical solutions.
