Role Description
This is a hybrid role for a Senior Data Scientist. The Data Scientist will be part of a highly skilled team (each member with 12+ years of experience) responsible for the development of an agentic Web platform. The role will focus on building AI agents and tools for automating the analysis of complex biological datasets, developing predictive models, applying statistical analysis and creating intuitive data visualizations.

Technical skills:
- Python programming, statistics, and machine learning.
- Proficiency in Data Science, Data Analysis and Data Visualization methods.
- Experience with Biological datasets (Genomics, Proteomics, Sequencing, etc.) is a strong plus.
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with academic research process and publications.
- Product‑building mindset (e.g., being able to autonomously fix a small bug in the web application and write a unit test).
- Comfortable with version control tools (e.g., Git).
What You Will Do:
- Rapidly prototype, iterate, and engage with biomedical scientists and researchers.
- Design and develop tools and agents using cutting‑edge AI systems for automated analysis of complex datasets to revolutionize scientific research.
- Build predictive models, apply advanced statistical analysis, and create clear, intuitive data visualizations.
- Contribute to an agentic web platform, bridging data science, AI systems, and product functionality.
- Work daily with experts in AI, biology, management, and platform engineering, learning and contributing across disciplines.
