Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Senior Data Product Manager as part of our Data Strategy and Operations team. Our mission is to build a world where complex diseases are prevented, treated, and cured, where treatments are smarter and less invasive, and solutions are personal. As part of our growing I Data Strategy and operations team, you will define, build, and manage data products, acting as a bridge between data teams and other stakeholders. These data products support analytics, decision‑making, and operational efficiency across the organization.

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, business process owners, and digital product teams to ensure the programs are designed with business value at their core, are accurately documented, and meet the highest standards. You will also work with executive leaders to shape and transform the overall journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end modernization programs such as Data acceleration, Data observability, and remediation/decommissioning of legacy systems within the IMSC data and technology ecosystem.
  • Develop and execute integrated program plans with clear milestones, interdependencies, risk management, and performance tracking.
  • Oversee sustain activities to ensure smooth transitions from project to base business operations with minimal business disruption.
  • Advance the strategic vision and adoption of modern data platforms and assets in alignment with IMSC objectives.
  • Establish governance standards and executive reporting, ensuring transparency, accountability, and consistent delivery across initiatives.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with IT, Data Governance, and Business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration, communication, and delivery of program outcomes.

Qualifications – External

  • At least a bachelor’s degree.
  • Preferred degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related field.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Minimum 6–7 years of progressive experience in program or project management, with demonstrated success in leading large‑scale data and technology transformation initiatives.
  • Strong product ownership and roadmap management, including backlog management, user story mapping, and release governance.
  • Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, and scaled agile delivery models.
  • Demonstrated depth in data management principles: governance, quality, metadata management, and master/reference data practices.
  • Experience integrating data products across multiple supply chain systems and platforms to ensure consistent data quality and interoperability.
  • Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes, operational dependencies, and data requirements.
  • Proven record of managing data asset lifecycle initiatives to enable consistent governance and adoption.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery management.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills, translating complex technical concepts into actionable business outcomes.

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • Experience in global or matrixed organizations managing enterprise‑level data initiatives.
  • Exposure to change management and adoption programs within digital or data transformation contexts.
  • Background in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, life‑sciences, pharmaceuticals).
  • Ability to align data initiatives with organizational goals and drive data‑driven decision making.
