Salesforce is looking for a Customer Success Manager for the MuleSoft Signature team in Rome. This strategic role involves enhancing customer partnerships to maximize the value of MuleSoft's offerings, guiding them through their integration and AI adoption journeys.
The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of relevant experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record in customer advocacy and technical leadership. This is an office-flexible position, requiring presence in the office three days a week in either Rome or Milan.
