ElevenLabs is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to own a defined book of business across Southern Europe. You will drive renewals, expansions, and cross-sell while partnering with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Marketing to deliver revenue outcomes.
The role is remote-first in Europe (Spain/Italy), with opportunities to work from an office in Madrid or fully remote in Italy. Fluent Italian and/or Spanish and English are required to succeed.
