About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Senior CRM Developer , ideally with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 , though candidates with experience in other CRM systems are also welcome.
The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of solid experience and the ability to manage the full lifecycle of CRM projects , from requirements analysis to implementation and continuous improvement.
In this role, you will be key in delivering scalable, secure, and integrated CRM solutions , guiding clients through implementation and driving adoption of new technologies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements, gather specifications, and configure the CRM system accordingly.
- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Integrate the CRM with other enterprise systems.
- Develop workflows, plugins, custom entities, and reports to support business processes.
- Drive continuous improvement by anticipating challenges and introducing new technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the CRM system.
- Provide guidance and support to clients, ensuring optimal user experience.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a CRM Developer, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong knowledge of CRM architecture, customization, and configuration .
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively.
- Experience with Dynamics CRM administration, security, and permissions management .
- Knowledge of SQL Server and SQL query writing is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
