We are currently looking for an ambitious candidate for a position of Senior Credit Risk Monitoring in the Credit Risk Governance area for CA Auto Bank.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Credit Risk Monitoring Team provides analytical support to assigned portfolio managers through data analysis and projections, BI software for analysis and reporting, developing and participating in credit presentations.

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Credit Risk Monitoring HQ team, overseeing task allocation, performance, and professional development;
  • Realization of dashboards and reports for monitoring the main credit risk KPIs;
  • Analyze and comment the main Credit Risk indicators and trend explaining the variations and highlighting the strategic information in terms of business and risk;
  • Ensure data quality through continuous audits of exchange data flows;
  • Draft periodic reporting and present analysis to ease decision making;
  • Select and summarize strategic information for the management;
  • Ensure deadlines observation for preparation and presentation of periodic and adhoc analyses at committees and meetings;
  • Perform the above activities for all Entities of CA Auto Bank supporting the colleagues present on the European territory;
  • Contribute to projects aimed at process improvement either through changes in business processes or the introduction of new tools;
  • Support the set up credit risk appetite at Group and Market level, monitor limit utilization and the actions to ensure the adherent to the appetite defined;
  • Support to the Credit Risk policies department.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in people management, team leadership;
  • At least 4 to 5 years of experience in Credit Risk Monitoring or an equivalent analytical role;
  • Experience in using SAS or similar analytical software;
  • Experience in using Qlik Sense or similar Business Intelligence (BI) software;
  • Familiarity with IFRS9 concepts and the new definition of default;
  • Good skills in Microsoft Excel (Formula, pivot, graphs) and other Microsoft/G-suite applications (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint);
  • Proficiency and passion in analysing and interpreting results;
  • Good written and oral communication skills;
  • Good level of English (at least B2).
