Employment Type: Full‑time, based at BWS Milan headquarters with international travels. Salary Range: 42 000 – 55 000 euro gross annual salary, depending on experience. Job Title: Senior Creative Coordinator. Business Unit: Special Projects. About Balich Wonder Studio: Balich Wonder Studio is an integrated entertainment group that conceives, produces, and delivers live experiences. We create visionary projects with long‑lasting value, from large‑scale ceremonies to immersive shows, events, brand experiences and destination experiences. With a multicultural team of over 140 individuals from 20 countries, we operate through three divisions and two companies in the Middle East, including our branches in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (BWS‑KSA) and Dubai, UAE (HQWS), serving the entire MEA region. In 2023, Balich Wonder Studio was acquired by Banijay to build a media and entertainment powerhouse, combining the strengths of an established content group with our pioneering capabilities. Role Overview The BWS Special Projects Unit oversees BWS’s long‑standing projects while leading the development and pre‑production of new show formats, emotional master‑planning, and attraction concepts. The unit operates across multiple disciplines, including:

Live events and ceremonies Ticketed shows, based on original IP Architecture and design of theatres and public spaces Temporary and permanent artistic installations and exhibitions

We nurture each project from its earliest conceptual stage, guiding it from an abstract opportunity into a fully realized production. Through a step‑by‑step process, we transform visionary ideas into tangible, impactful experiences. The Senior Creative Coordinator plays a key role in the planning, coordination, and delivery of creative project presentations and concept development activities, ensuring alignment across multidisciplinary teams, efficient workflows, and high‑quality outputs. Working closely with the Creative Studio Manager, Creative Producers, and Creative Directors, the Senior Creative Coordinator drives the organization of creative processes from initial research and concept development through to pitch and presentation delivery. The role combines strong organizational capabilities with creative sensibility, supporting the successful delivery of high‑quality proposals, presentations, and concept development materials. Key Responsibilities

Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex pitch processes, ensuring alignment across creative disciplines and adherence to deadlines. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams throughout the development of creative concepts and presentations, facilitating collaboration and workflow efficiency. Contribute to the preparation and delivery of executive‑level and client‑facing presentations, ensuring high‑quality storytelling, structure, and visual consistency. Support the development of pitch decks, concept presentations, mood boards, and creative documentation for international tenders, proposals, and business development opportunities. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, monitoring priorities, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation across concurrent workstreams. Coordinate the day‑to‑day workflow of creative teams involved in project development, ensuring alignment with project timelines, priorities, and milestones. Monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, and potential delays, escalating issues when necessary. Assist Creative Producers and Creative Directors in organizing and structuring creative processes, workshops, brainstorming sessions, and concept development activities. Conduct visual, conceptual, cultural, and market research to support the creation of show concepts and experiential projects. Coordinate the collection, organization, and archiving of creative references, research materials, project documentation, and presentation assets. Support talent, casting, artistic, and trend research activities as required by project needs. Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal creative teams and other departments involved in project development. Ensure project documentation remains accurate, organized, and accessible throughout the creative development process.

Requirements

6–8 years of experience in creative coordination, creative production, project coordination, events, entertainment, design, media, or related industries. Strong organizational and project management skills. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary creative teams and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously. Ability to anticipate challenges, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail in fast‑paced environments. Strong research skills and interest in creative industries, live entertainment, culture, design, and immersive experiences. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work collaboratively across different departments and levels of seniority. Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are considered a plus. Excellent presentation, writing, and documentation skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite. Based in Milan with availability to travel internationally when required. Passion for live entertainment, events, culture, and audience experiences.
