Job Description

Due to growth and ongoing success with our clients, Turner & Townsend's Cost Management division in Italy is seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor with experience in Italy to join our team.

Working within a friendly, professional, and successful team, you will have the opportunity to advance your career quickly and take ownership of immediate projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders internally and externally
• Handle pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties, including cost estimates, procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations, and final accounts
• Perform estimating and cost planning, including producing and presenting final cost plans
• Manage tendering and procurement processes, including pre-qualification, tender list creation, preliminaries, tender analysis, reporting, and contractual documentation

Qualifications

• A recognized Degree Qualification
• Relevant experience as a Senior Cost Manager in the construction industry
• Excellent command of written and spoken Italian
• Motivated, driven, with a passion for client delivery and the ability to work independently
