We are hiring: Senior Cost Manager

Lysander Italy is experiencing constant growth and we are looking for a Senior Cost Manager to join our team.

Our core business is Project Management and Cost Management , supporting leading international clients across complex real estate, data centre, office fit-out, industrial and hospitality projects. Our clients include major global organisations and blue-chip investors and occupiers.

We are looking for a strong professional who can help us continue to deliver at the highest level.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Fluent Italian (Native or Bilingual)
• Background as an architect, engineer or quantity surveyor
• Minimum 10 years’ experience , mainly in Italy
• Strong experience in cost management, procurement, tendering, contract administration, change control and final account management
• Previous experience on the General Contractor side
• Experience within major consultancy firms
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Based in Italy , preferably based in Milan or within easy reach of Milan
