Junior Controller
InPost is a leading player in the business to consumer parcel delivery market. In Poland, they are successfully redesigning the last mile for e-commerce as the market leader. InPost covers the Italian market with a network of 5100 PUDOs (Pick Up and Drop Off points) and 2500+ fully automated parcel lockers (that are accessible 24⁄7) enabling customers to collect, send and return parcels at their earliest convenience. The aim is to continue scaling InPost in the Italian market in a similarly rapid trajectory to that of Integer’s Polish home market. We’re looking for people with drive and curiosity, who will join us in re-writing the norm!
We’re looking for a talented Junior Controller to join our Finance Team.
Support in the preparation of the monthly reporting (Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet& and in the maintenance of data requested by the group
help the Controlling Team in the investigation regarding proper allocation of cost and revenue elements and extractions to be provided to statutory reporting, with a join support of all controlling team Gianfranco/Roberto
collaboration in the correctness of budget files and data upload in group reporting platform, for planning and actuals
Data preparation for accruals upload and maintenance in SAP
Various “cross”-collaboration to the Finance&Admin team required ad hoc (e.g. car/office rentals, insurances, Purchase orders).
Excel/PowerPoint intermediate skills
English intermediate
Ability to be precise in input/output data into the various system used by Controlling department, especially during month end closings
Proactivity to highlight specific issues in Finance data
