The Role

As Senior Controller, the successful candidate will be responsible for group-level management control activities, ensuring alignment with company policies and, together with the Group Controller, providing strategic support to the Group CFO.

The role will play a key part in monitoring the performance of foreign subsidiaries and will actively promote the efficiency (automation and rationalization) of management control processes, including through the introduction of BI tools. The position will also contribute structurally to the organization alongside and with the support of the Group Controller, CFO, and CEO.


Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out group management control activities, including the preparation of periodic reporting at single legal entity/region level as well as consolidated group and sub-group level;
  • Develop dedicated dashboards for monitoring defined KPIs;
  • Analyze the economic and financial performance of foreign subsidiaries and identify corrective actions;
  • Together with the Group Controller, support the CFO in defining and monitoring budgets and forecasts at a global level;
  • Prepare ad-hoc analyses and strategic reports for management and the Board of Directors;
  • Collaborate with foreign subsidiaries to ensure alignment with corporate processes and applicable regulations.


Required Qualifications and skills

  • Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields;
  • Solid experience in management control and international financial consolidation;
  • Fluent written and spoken English;
  • Willingness to travel internationally to group subsidiaries;
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities;
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with a dynamic and flexible approach;
  • Excellent knowledge of management software, with SAP Business One considered a preferred requirement;
  • Knowledge of BI platforms.


Preferred requirement: experience in multinational or structured environments.
