Senior Contract Analyst

In this role you will manage and negotiate clinical research contracts to ensure regulatory compliance and sound risk management. You will partner with internal stakeholders to draft, review, and optimize contracts that support ICON’s mission to advance innovative treatments. You’ll provide guidance on contract interpretation, maintain organized records, and contribute to scalable contract management processes. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review, draft, and negotiate contracts for clinical research projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and company policies

Analyze contract terms to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas

Provide guidance on contract interpretation, compliance issues, and obligations to project teams

Maintain accurate contract records, tracking milestones, deliverables, and deadlines

Assist in developing and implementing contract management processes, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency and mitigate risks

Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, communications, or related discipline

Experience in contract administration, negotiation, or related roles within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research industry

Strong understanding of contract law, regulatory requirements, and industry standards

Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex contractual provisions and identify issues or opportunities

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
