The Essentials
- Seniority: Senior
- Languages: Fluent English & Italian (written and spoken)
- Preferred Location: Around Milan or Barcelona
- You’ll solve complex product and UX challenges through words, systems, and concepts, working closely with designers, PMs, researchers, engineers, and analysts.
- You’ll design and evolve content across multiple products, including the core Unobravo platform and our AI tools, with a strong focus on safety, ethics, and human-centered AI in mental health.
- You’ll help shape and execute Unobravo’s Content Design vision, defining and refining voice, tone, style guidelines, and governance at scale.
- You’ll collaborate with localisation, translation, and brand teams to ensure consistency and cultural relevance across markets.
- You’ll propose, run, and evaluate experiments to test content effectiveness and directly impact product OKRs.

- Strong experience in Content Design / UX Writing within product-led environments
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally in product teams
- Experience improving information architecture
- Experience designing AI and conversational flows
- Ability to create, maintain, and govern content guidelines and glossaries
- Solid knowledge of localisation and accessibility best practices
- Excellent editing and proofreading skills
- Fluent written and spoken English and Italian
