Senior Consultant - Strategic Advisory & Corporate Finance

Overview

Prometeia seeks a professional to join its Strategic Advisory & Corporate Finance team, which serves financial intermediaries across Italy. The role focuses on strategic business planning, M&A advisory, and transformation management for national‑territory clients.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operating contexts of client companies, including historical performance and industry trends.
• Support the creation of asset and economic‑financial projections.
• Help identify KPIs for monitoring business performance.
• Assess the economic value of banking and industrial operators, business units, and portfolios in extraordinary transactions.
• Draft functional documents for commercial development and provide independent expert opinions.
• Prepare estimation models and conduct quantitative analyses of economic, financial, and asset elements.
• Use software and data‑provider platforms to support valuation analyses.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with high honors in business, finance, economics, or engineering.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of the local banking and financial sector (preferred).
• Fluency in English; a second foreign language is a plus.
