By joining the Enterprise Platform Team, you will manage corporate change processes and analyse strategic requirements to implement the best digital solutions available on the market for integrated process management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements through interviews with key stakeholders involved in sales, distribution, and customer service processes.
• Design optimal solutions using SAP ECC and S/4 HANA, tailored to the client’s specific needs across the entire order‑to‑cash cycle—from order entry to delivery and invoicing.
• Draft comprehensive documentation, including functional and technical specifications, for end‑to‑end processes related to the SAP SD module.
• Configure the SAP SD module to deliver customized solutions aligned with client goals and expectations.
• Perform internal testing and work closely with end users to ensure that the solution meets both KPMG’s and the client’s quality standards.
• Deliver user training sessions to ensure the correct adoption of the implemented solutions within the sales and distribution context.
• Support the client during the go‑live phase and manage the Hypercare period, ensuring a smooth and effective transition.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience implementing SAP solutions, with a specific focus on SAP SD.
• Experience drafting Business Blueprints and functional analysis for user customizations.
• Experience with SAP system configuration in the SD area (document types, pricing schemes, output messages, organizational structures, etc.).
• Experience preparing/manage user training on processes related to master data, order management, delivery management, and billing.
• Experience executing testing and supporting users in SAP management of master data, order management, delivery management, and billing.
• Knowledge or experience in the SAP Automotive sector is considered a plus.
• Good command of English, preferably supported by study or work experience abroad.
• Availability to travel within Italy and internationally to support clients at all project phases.
