Overview
Experteer Overview In this role you help clients transform their planning and budgeting processes using Oracle EPM Cloud, contributing to digitalising FP&A and financial close across public and private sector projects. You will translate business needs into functional solutions, lead requirement analysis with stakeholders, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver robust EPM configurations. The position offers growth as a functional lead within project teams, shaping how organisations plan and manage performance. You’ll work in a collaborative, international environment with hybrid work and strong emphasis on training and wellbeing. Benefits
Lead requirements analysis sessions with stakeholders (Finance, Program Management, Management Control) Design to-be planning and budgeting processes aligned with client goals and Oracle EPM best practices Perform functional configuration of Oracle EPM Cloud (Planning/PBCS) including metadata, business rules, forms, dashboards, and approval workflows Define integrated planning models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and evolve FP&A processes Interface with technical teams on data integration and migration, defining functional specs and overseeing delivery Create functional documentation (Blueprint, Functional Design, user manuals) with quality and completeness Coordinate SIT/UAT testing cycles, manage defects, and support client sign-off Oversee go-live and hypercare to ensure operational continuity and timely issue resolution Deliver training and knowledge transfer to drive user adoption and self-sufficiency Engage with public sector clients (central/local administrations, regulators, healthcare, education, public companies) Responsibilities
3–5 years of Oracle EPM project experience Hands-on Oracle EPM Cloud (Planning/PBCS) with FCCS and ARCS familiarity Strong understanding of planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial close processes Proven experience in functional configuration, process design and requirements management Experience in drafting functional documentation, coordinating SIT/UAT and stakeholder management Ability to act as a functional lead, coordinating junior resources and interfacing with client and technical workstreams Good command of English (written and spoken) and willingness to travel within Italy Nice to have: experience in public sector projects, knowledge of EPM data integration tools (EPM Data Integration, FDMEE, EPM Automate), relevant Oracle EPM Cloud certifications Fundamental requirements
