About the role

This is a full-time on-site role, based in Rome, Italy, with flexibility for some remote work.

  • Lead and contribute to the design and implementation of innovative public affairs strategies
  • Manage client accounts and ensure high-quality day-to-day client service
  • Plan and execute engagement strategies targeting policymakers and key stakeholders
  • Develop high-impact communication materials (e.G., briefings, position papers, presentations)
  • Conduct research, monitoring, and policy analysis to inform strategic recommendations
  • Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to team development
  • Collaborate with clients across a variety of industries to deliver tailored solutions in a dynamic policy environment

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in policy development, political analysis, and stakeholder engagement
  • Exceptional project management, strategic planning, and organizational skills
  • Experience in writing, reviewing, and presenting impactful policy communications
  • Proficiency in public affairs, international relations, and media communications
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Political Science, Law, Economics, Public Policy, or a related field
  • Fluency in English is required, and additional language skills are a strong asset
  • Knowledge of digital tools for visual communication is advantageous
