Specifically, when you join theFinancial Services Team inMilan ,you will work closely withBanking & Insurance sector on topics such as: business process reengineering to increase theeconomic-financial and physical-operational performance anddigital transformation. This specialization offers the opportunity to work on nationally and internationally significant projects within the Financial Sector industry, participating in key initiatives of change and improvement in the realm of business processes efficiency and digitization.

Specifically, you will be tasked with:

• Definition ofstrategic development and growth opportunities in the insurance sector
• Development ofindustrial and business plans
• Feasibility studies for the start-up of new businesses and innovative products
• Management of complexstrategic reorganization transactions andbusiness integration deals
• Definition and implementation ofbusiness strategy of major financial institutions (e.g., reorganization of distribution networks, marketing plans, pricing models, etc.)
• Market, benchmarking and expected evolution analysis of major sectors/business segments in the financial market
• Definition ofoperating models andperformance improvement programs including the use ofinnovative technological solutions

Come AsYouAre - Your skills and characteristics

This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:

• A master’s degree inManagement Engineering, Finance, Management or related field, with a focus onfinancial services industry
• Over 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a consulting company or a multinational
• Organizational and teamwork skills with attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize and manage various complex tasks and activities
• Excellent knowledge of theMS Office package
• Excellent knowledge ofEnglish , ideally with study and/or work experience abroad
