Senior Consultant (EIM Solutions)

Overview

Experteer Overview As a Senior Consultant in OpenText's Professional Services Delivery, you will drive end-to-end customer engagements from presentation to implementation, acting as a trusted technical and business advisor in complex international settings. You’ll collaborate with sales, solution consultants, and partners to translate business needs into OpenText EIM solutions, shaping designs and documentation. The role emphasizes client-focused problem solving, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering high-impact information-management projects. You will operate in a fast, AI-enabled environment that values expertise and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end customer engagements from presentation through implementation
• Collaborate with internal teams and local partners to position and deliver OpenText solutions
• Analyze customer business processes to identify suitable EIM solutions
• Advise on best practice use of OpenText products
• Design solution concepts, implementation approaches, and enhancements
• Create solutions and technical documentation aligned with project requirements
• Act as a technical and business expert throughout complex EIM projects with Client Directors and Project Leads

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, business, or a related field OR 3+ years' experience in software development, engineering, or IT consulting
• Strong technical IT background with understanding of systems, platforms, and architectures
• Knowledge of client/server technologies, networks, operating systems, databases, and cloud environments
• Ability to own technical work packages and drive them to success
• Knowledge of core OpenText products (Content Server, Archive Center, etc.) is beneficial
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a solution-oriented mindset
• High motivation, self-organization, and ability to learn new technologies
• Professional approach to solving technical and organizational challenges
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Italy
• Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
