Our clients operate in sectors with complex regulatory environments and the global nature also sees them having challenging issues around EHS and relevant performance management requirements. Our team works with clients in energy, technology, mining companies, through to multi-national corporate companies to whom we deliver a range of services including EHS strategy, designing and implementing EHS management systems, compliance management support and delivering audit programmes; and cover the breadth of environmental through to health and safety disciplines. **Role Responsibilities:*** Support in managing EHS aspects across all phases of a construction site project, from design and procurement through execution and commissioning.* Identifying risks, conducting risk assessments and supporting the development of preventive measures to minimize accidents and environmental impacts.* Advice and support for our clients in the implementation of standards and legal regulations in the area of occupational safety and health protection.* Regularly review and update security policies and procedures to ensure they comply with current best practices and legal requirements.* Planning, implementation and evaluation of training and workshops in the areas of occupational safety and health protection for our customers.* On-site diagnostics to assess the current safety culture and develop tailor-made solutions to build a strong safety culture in our customer companies.* Travel regularly to our client, both in Italy and abroad.**About you:*** Completed studies or comparable training with a focus on environmental protection, occupational safety, health or sustainability.* Proven experience as an H&S expert with in-depth knowledge of legal regulations and industry standards in the areas of occupational safety and environmental protection.* Experience in construction safety, preferably within industrial, infrastructures, energy, or large capital projects.* Experience in auditing and performing safety inspections and reviewing safety documentation.* Experience and/or strong interest in conducting training and workshops as well as implementing safety cultures in companies.* Analytical thinking and the ability to identify complex problems and develop effective solutions.* Team player with a passion for environmental protection and sustainable business development* Excellent written and spoken Italian and English skills.* 3-4 years of experience.**If you share our value and are interested in this role, please send your CV and cover letter (in English) with your salary expectation.**⠀ERM is committed to where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to thrive, it’s an essential part of what makes ERM a great place to build a career and helps us create better solutions for our clients.We welcome talent from all backgrounds and provide equal opportunities for every candidate.
