Your role and responsibilities

At KPMG, you will have the opportunity to help clients, the company, and colleagues address and solve complex challenges. KPMG Advisory offers consulting services in business model transformation, process improvement, digitization, risk analysis, and management, as well as support in finance transactions.

Joining the Business Transformation team in Milan , you will be part of a fast-growing, talented team working on impactful projects for major national and international clients, often in direct contact with top management.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Rethinking the operating models of key functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain) using organizational and operational levers to improve performance aligned with business strategies.
2. Supporting organizational redesign and process re-engineering through change management, providing levers to facilitate change and maximize its benefits.
3. Evaluating the impacts and benefits of initiatives, monitoring performance before and after transformation, and developing plans to address gaps.

Your skills and characteristics

This role is ideal if you have:

• A master’s degree in Management, Business Administration , or Management Engineering
• 2 to 5 years of experience in People & Change Projects, preferably in a consulting firm
• Leadership skills in team coordination and client management
• Excellent knowledge of English , ideally with international study or work experience
