• Collaborate with senior practitioners to design custom solutions for a diverse range of clients.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct competency-based and simulation assessments.
• Write integrated assessment reports and deliver insightful feedback to clients.
• Manage small projects or workstreams within larger engagements.
• Contribute to proposal development and client relationship management.
• Help design assessment materials and enhance Korn Ferry’s methodologies.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience (3–5 years) in assessment and succession — essential.
• Background in leadership development is a plus but not required.
• Strong project management and client-facing skills.
• Excellent communication and report writing ability.
• Fluent in Italian (native) and English (professional).
• A proactive, curious consultant who thrives in a collaborative, global environment.
