What You’ll Do
- Conduct competency‑based and simulation assessments.
- Write integrated assessment reports and deliver insightful feedback to clients.
- Manage small projects or workstreams within larger engagements.
- Contribute to proposal development and client relationship management.
- Help design assessment materials and enhance Korn Ferry’s methodologies.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience (3–5 years) in assessment and succession — essential.
- Background in leadership development is a plus but not required.
- Strong project management and client‑facing skills.
- Excellent communication and report writing ability.
- Fluent in Italian (native) and English (professional).
- A proactive, curious consultant who thrives in a collaborative, global environment.
